Account deletion is done in the app

Your Dashme account can only be deleted from the Dashme mobile app (iOS or Android). This page explains the exact steps so you can close your account at any time.

Steps to delete your account

1. Open the Dashme app on your phone.
2. Go to your Profile or Settings (usually via the menu or your avatar).
3. Scroll down to the red section labelled Danger zone.
4. Tap Delete my account.
5. Read the warning, then confirm in the dialog. Your account will be permanently deleted.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data linked to your account will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy (retention, deletion, or anonymization as required by law).

If you have a remaining balance, consider withdrawing or transferring it before deleting your account. If you need help, contact us before proceeding.
